Letter from the Chief:

My Fellow Arrowmen,

I am tremendously excited to be your 2020 Lodge Chief and I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish as a lodge in the coming year. This year I would like to see massive improvement in our outreach to the membership base of our lodge. Our Lodge Leadership is hard at work implementing methods to make this goal a reality, such as strengthening our social media presence by using our newly developed lodge app and other social platforms. In addition I would love to utilize all the tools and resources that are provided to us within our council to foster the best program we can. That means working in conjunction with other organization and committees within the council to build quality relationships and connections that will benefit our growth as an organization. Another keystone topic of ours is to increase our number of unit elections for 2020. For this to happen we need excited and involved leaders at the chapter level to make this goal a reality. At Winter Banquet, we will challenge each chapter to pursue unit elections from all troops in our council. It is my belief that our ordeal members are the core of our program, so working hard to complete unit elections is the best way to serve our council and the youth of our program. Additionally as your Lodge Chief, I would like to be reachable by all lodge members. If you all have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me at chief@tamegonit.org.

Yours in Cheerful Service,

Jake Deane
